Harnham is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to lead the analytics function and shape data-driven marketing strategy. You will build a high-performing team, develop segmentation models, and deliver actionable insights to influence customer acquisition, retention, and commercial growth.

Remote (UK) with a strong emphasis on leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivering reporting dashboards using Power BI. The role offers a competitive salary and a bonus structure.

• Advanced SQL and Power BI skills.
• Expertise in segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis.
• Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts.
• Define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy.
• Build customer segmentation and targeting models.
• Deliver actionable insights across email, telemarketing, and wider marketing activity.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and growth opportunities from customer data.
• Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
• Use SQL to analyse customer, campaign, and operational performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions.
