Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to shape how a growing B2B business uses data to drive customer acquisition, retention and commercial growth. You will lead the analytics function, develop a team, and provide insights to influence marketing and business strategy.

You will develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI and apply advanced SQL to analyze customer and campaign performance, translating data into clear commercial recommendations and opportunities.

• Expertise in segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts.
• Define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy.
• Build customer segmentation and targeting models.
• Deliver actionable insights across email, telemarketing, and wider marketing activity.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and growth opportunities from customer data.
• Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
• Use SQL to analyse customer, campaign, and operational performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions.
