Job summary

SF Partners is seeking two experienced Enablement Consultants to support a high‑profile Meta/WhatsApp for Business programme. This remote UK/Europe role blends sales enablement, technology content and AI-driven approaches to help customers adopt new solutions.

You will translate complex product information into clear enablement for sales, CS, partners and technical audiences, collaborating with product, technical and client stakeholders to deliver practical, evergreen enablement across multiple

Qualifications

Ideally has experience in technology/SaaS/digital environments.
Strong background in one or more enablement areas (sales, customer, product education).
Experience translating complex tech content into practical enablement materials.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality enablement materials: playbooks, onboarding journeys, pitch decks and learning content.
Translate complex product/tech info for diverse audiences (sales, CS, partners, tech).
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define enablement solutions and minimize ambiguity.
Develop evergreen onboarding and enablement as products and priorities evolve.
Translate capabilities into commercial narratives and real-world customer use cases.
Map customer journeys and explore AI-driven messaging and automation benefits.
Support product launches, GTM initiatives and customer adoption programmes.
Lead content development from discovery to sign-off across multiple workstreams.
