Job summary

Aptitude Software in London seeks a GTM Sales Enablement Manager to lead onboarding for all GTM roles (AEs, BDRs, SEs and AMs) and to build targeted, verifiable training content that accelerates ramp time. You will shape product and industry narratives with a focus on early qualification and measurable impact.

The role covers banking, insurance, payments, SaaS and telcos, with regional customization for UK & Ireland, North America and Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience selling finance software to banking, insurance, SaaS, telecoms or regulated environments.
• Facilitation and coaching across GTM functions.
• Ability to translate platform value for CFOs and Finance leaders.
• Experience enabling distributed teams across time zones.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement onboarding journey for GTM hires (AEs, BDRs, SEs, AMs).
• Design role-specific paths with targeted content depth.
• Build verification processes to prove capability before first customer meetings.
• Coach teams to shorten time to first qualified opportunity.
• Teach value propositions and industry narratives across priority verticals.
