Job summary

Fireworks AI seeks a hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to drive GTM Enablement within Revenue Operations. You will own flagship initiatives like structuring GTM knowledge as a data product and industrializing the internal GTM Tutor App, while delivering live and virtual enablement sessions and cross-functional programs.

You'll pair facilitation, content development, and program management with AI fluency to build scalable tools and processes, partnering with Product, Marketing and Sales to move

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM enablement, sales, or RevOps with end-to-end ownership
• Proven ability to develop content for varied audiences
• Experience building AI agents/apps to boost seller/productivity
• Excellent program and process management, with repeatable workflows
• Skilled at eliciting knowledge from SMEs into structured content
• Comfortable treating knowledge and data as structured systems
• Proven ability to enable technical sellers to sell to technical buyers
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product/Marketing/Sales
• Thrives in ambiguity, high ownership, and fast-growth startup environments
• Willing to travel ~15–20% for onboarding and kickoff

Responsibilities

• Own knowledge as a data product, audit and define taxonomy, governance, and rollout
• Industrialize the GTM Tutor App for scalable training and coaching
• Build a cross-functional content engine with Product, Marketing, Field Eng, and Sales
• Deliver core enablement programs through live and virtual sessions
• Codify field best practices into repeatable plays and content
• Define future of agentic enablement and AI agents to boost AE efficiency
