Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator for a fully remote, international team in the United Kingdom. You will support onboarding, HR operations, talent processes, and employee experience across a distributed workforce, while continuously optimizing workflows and documentation.

Responsibilities include maintaining Notion onboarding resources, updating HR data, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar People Operations/HR ops role.
• Experience onboarding, HR, recruiting, or People teams.
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Improve onboarding processes to be clear, consistent, and up to date.
• Coordinate activities supporting new joiners to create a smooth onboarding journey.
• Update and maintain internal People resources and onboarding docs (Notion).
• Handle tasks across onboarding, Talent, and HR, including system updates and reports.
• Maintain accurate People data and records across systems.
• Help optimize AI and tools to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with People, HR, recruitment, and onboarding stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and detail.
• Take ownership of assigned processes and propose improvements.
• Contribute to broader People Operations as the role evolves.
