Job summary

Training The Street in the United Kingdom is seeking a People Team Coordinator to act as a front-line partner across consultants, Teaching Associates, and general employees. The role covers contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and coordinating recruiting across regions.

You will work with hiring managers, regional People Team leads, IT, Finance, and Payroll to keep hiring and day-to-day people operations running smoothly and on time. Primarily remote with quarterly travel to central London.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in administrative, recruiting, or HR support.
• Experience using ATS (Greenhouse or similar).
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workflows with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of labour and employment laws in US and Europe (basic).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end consultant/contractor lifecycle, including interviews, contract creation, updates, renewals, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Coordinate with the TA Manager to schedule second-round interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain and update contract templates and ensure approvals and signatures.
• Track timelines and renewals; keep accurate consultant records and documentation.
• Support TA and general employee hiring, onboarding, and systems access.
• Assist payroll inputs and data management in HR systems (HiBob or similar).
