Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to develop international distributor networks and open new markets across English- and Spanish-speaking territories. The role involves managing established accounts while driving growth in North America, Latin America, Spain and Australia, with home-based/remote working and travel to headquarters in France.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, along with a proven export-management track record.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within international sales, export management or international business development.
• Ability to travel approximately 20-30% overseas.
• Fluent/professional Spanish, which is essential for the role.
• Native-level or exceptional professional English.
• Flexibility to undertake regular international travel and visit the company’s headquarters in France.
• Experience in medical devices or capital equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing international distributors and key accounts.
• Identify and develop new export markets, distributors, agents and commercial partners.
• Drive international new business development across English and Spanish-speaking territories.
• Build sustainable distributor networks capable of long-term growth.
• Lead commercial and pricing negotiations with international partners and major customers.
• Regularly visit distributors and customers internationally.
