Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking an Export Sales Manager to drive international sales for medical equipment. You will manage distributor relationships, identify new markets, and open opportunities across English and Spanish-speaking territories.

The role involves regular international travel and visits to the France headquarters while working from a home-based location in the UK or Europe. A strong background in export sales, English fluency and Spanish are essential, with medical devices

Qualifications

• Significant experience within international sales, export management or international business development.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% overseas.
• Fluent or professional Spanish required.
• Native-level or exceptional English.
• Experience with medical devices/capital equipment preferred but not essential.
• French language skills advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with international distributors and key accounts.
• Identify and develop new export markets, distributors, agents and partners.
• Drive international new business across English and Spanish-speaking territories.
• Build sustainable distributor networks for long-term growth.
• Lead commercial and pricing negotiations with international partners.
• Regularly visit distributors and customers internationally.
