Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking an Export Sales Manager to grow international sales, manage distributors and drive new business across English and Spanish-speaking markets. The role involves significant travel and collaboration with offices across Europe and beyond.

The position requires proven experience in international export, the ability to develop distributor networks, and fluency in English and Spanish. A home-based arrangement with regular international travel is offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in international sales, export management or international business development.
• Willingness to travel overseas (~20–30%).
• Fluent/professional Spanish required for the role.
• Native-level or excellent professional English.
• Regular international travel and visits to headquarters in France.
• Experience building distributor networks and developing international territories is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing international distributors and key accounts.
• Identify and develop new export markets, distributors, agents and partners.
• Drive international new business development across English and Spanish-speaking territories.
• Build sustainable distributor networks for long-term growth.
• Lead commercial and pricing negotiations with international partners and major customers.
• Regularly visit distributors and customers internationally.
