Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Manager to join our international VIP service team. This fully remote role, based in the United Kingdom, centers on Bronze VIP users, building relationships, delivering personalized support, and promoting platform activities to boost satisfaction and loyalty.

You will manage German-speaking client relationships, handle inquiries by phone and email, collaborate with internal teams, and work toward KPIs while identifying opportunities to

Qualifications

Fluency in German (written and spoken) and experience communicating with customers.
Experience with customer relationships and CRM software is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with phone/email handling experience.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, personalized customer support to Bronze VIP users.
Handle requests from the Retention team and contribute to loyalty initiatives.
Promote platform activities and campaigns to engage users.
Conduct interviews with Bronze VIP users to collect feedback and identify improvements.
Work toward KPIs and contribute to service quality across teams.
