Job summary

Colibri Digital is seeking an Engagement Lead to own a mission-critical programme in a francophone environment. Remote-first in the UK with travel to France; January 2027 start on a 12-month contract. You will chair governance, manage RAID and forecasting, and liaise with client leadership in both French and English.

The role requires strong programme management credentials, 8+ years of complex delivery experience, and proven data platform expertise in a bilingual setting.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in English and French.
• Certification in MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent.
• Agile certification — Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalent.
• Eight or more years managing complex, multi-workstream technology programmes.
• Proven delivery of data platform or large-scale data migration programmes (Databricks, Spark).
• Track record running supplier-led governance for a client-facing engagement.
• Ownership of Time and Materials commercial models and related processes.
• Leading remote, cross-border delivery squads across two countries.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery plan and act as single source of truth for 40+ data product workstreams.
• Lead governance cadence: daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, Steering Committees and phase-gate reviews.
• Maintain RAID log, change control, and ensure artefacts (architecture, NF requirements, test strategy) are current.
• Oversee resourcing lifecycle from mobilisation to ramp-down, and forecast completion.
• Own end-to-end risk register and cross-program dependencies across cross-border initiatives.
• Serve as primary client contact, facilitating governance forums and bilingual documentation.
• Bridge francophone business domain with UK delivery capability and align requirements.
• Foster remote, cross-border team culture across UK and France; manage timezone friction.
