Job summary

MCS Rental Software is seeking a fluent or native French-speaking project manager to lead software implementations in the UK. You will become a subject matter expert, partnering with clients and internal teams to oversee setup, integration, and successful delivery of multiple projects across industries and locations.

The role requires strong collaboration and communication, ability to train clients, analyze data for informed decisions, and willingness to travel about 1-2 nights per month.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native French speaker.
• At least 2 years’ experience delivering or supporting software implementations in B2B/ERP/financial sectors.
• Understanding of general business processes (purchasing, stock management, sales, invoicing).
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across industries and locations.
• Willingness to travel to client sites, roughly 1–2 nights per month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup and integration of our software at client sites.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to drive successful implementations.
• Deliver client training and analyse data to support decision making.
• Proactively identify and address project risks and blockers.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders.
