Job summary

HRS Talent Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide guidance on current forms remotely. The role focuses on directing customers to the correct, up-to-date forms, answering questions online and by email, and maintaining the flow of information without making eligibility decisions.

You will follow established procedures, reference published instructions, and escalate when a decision is required by a specialist. Training is provided and flexibility around hours is available.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with a quiet home office.

Responsibilities

• Answer online and email questions with the approved current form.
• Check the document list maintained by the employer and guide customers to the correct form.
• Record when a customer needs a more specific answer and escalate as required.
• Do not interpret eligibility rules or approve old forms as valid exceptions.
• Provide the approved route for submitting forms and list any required fields.
