Job summary

3 Sixty Resourcing is seeking a Business Development Manager (FMCG) for East Anglia. This fully remote, full-time role splits roughly 70% new business development and 30% account management, with a focus on winning new business from food processors and packers.

You'll travel to client sites as needed, build a strong pipeline, and partner with internal teams on packaging solutions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years external sales in packaging/FMCG and a proven track record of closing deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of external sales experience.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Experience in packaging or FMCG preferred.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and win new business within the target market.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Travel to client sites as required.
