Job summary

Sophos, a global cybersecurity leader, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to convert inbound leads and prospect new business across its product and service portfolio. The role emphasizes outbound activity, engaging with decision makers, and delivering high-quality sales opportunities to the Sales teams.

Ideal candidates have a background in sales or business development, experience with CRMs, and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial environments with sales or business development.
• Proven ability to hit commercial targets and manage high-volume outbound activities.
• Familiarity with IT products/services and sales productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed outbound targets and generate new opportunities.
• Engage with decision makers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Summarize sales opportunities for local reps and partners.
• Collaborate with SDR, Marketing and Sales teams to progress opportunities.
• Utilize CRM and Outreach to manage and accelerate the pipeline.
• Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales for continuous improvement.
• Work with EMEA SDR colleagues to foster culture of innovation.
