Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Senior Account-Based Experience (ABX) Manager to own global ABX strategy and drive scalable, measurable GTM motions across our portfolio. You will align Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to orchestrate account engagement, establish plays, and define success metrics.

This remote-first role requires 7+ years in B2B marketing with ABM/ABX experience and a proven track record building repeatable programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with ABM/ABX focus.
• Experience leading ABM/X strategy and measurable pipeline impact.
• Strong account segmentation and engagement strategies.
• Experience presenting program performance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global ABX strategy and roadmap, evolving workflows into a scalable program.
• Define evolution of account selection methodologies and engagement frameworks.
• Define ABX measurement priorities and mature account-level reporting and attribution.
• Develop and operationalize ABX plays across stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional GTM alignment with scalable processes and governance.
• Use account intelligence and performance data to prioritize strategic opportunities.
• Establish best practices and playbooks for regional/product portfolio replication.
• Shape the ABX technology and data roadmap to support program evolution.
• Serve as ABX subject matter expert, guiding senior stakeholders and driving adoption.
