Turnitin is seeking a Senior Account-Based Experience (ABX) Manager to own the global ABX strategy and drive scalable, measurable go-to-market motions across our Integrity and Assessment portfolios.

You will align Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, Revenue Ops, and Product Marketing to orchestrate coordinated account engagement, improve personalization, and deliver meaningful business outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with ABM/ABX focus.
• Experience owning ABX/ABM strategy and scalable programs.
• Strong account-based and lifecycle marketing knowledge.
• Ability to drive pipeline and revenue through ABX initiatives.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the global ABX strategy and roadmap.
• Define account selection methodologies and engagement frameworks.
• Mature account-level reporting, engagement scoring, and attribution.
• Develop ABX plays across acquisition, expansion, and retention.
• Lead cross-functional GTM alignment among Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success.
• Identify strategic opportunities using market insights and performance data.
• Create scalable ABX playbooks for regional rollout and growth.
• Shape ABX tech/data roadmap and vendor evaluation.
• Serve as ABX SME influencing senior leaders.
