Job summary

Turnitin seeks a Senior Account-Based Experience (ABX) Manager to own global ABX strategy, driving scalable, measurable go-to-market motions across Integrity and Assessment product portfolios. You will define plays, processes, and dashboards that accelerate engagement, pipeline growth, and retention in strategic accounts.

You will influence Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, Revenue Ops and Marketing to align around priorities, establish playbooks, and drive adoption across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing with ABM/ABX focus.
• Experience owning ABM/X strategy and scalable programs.
• Strong account segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and engagement.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact.
• Experience with executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global ABX strategy and roadmap.
• Define account selection methodologies and engagement frameworks.
• Define ABX measurement priorities and mature reporting.
• Develop ABX plays across acquisition, expansion, and retention.
• Lead cross-functional GTM alignment and scalable processes.
• Shape ABX technology and data roadmap for the program.
