Energy Saving Trust is seeking a Change and Adoption Manager to lead the people side of a finance transformation programme. You will help colleagues understand, prepare for, and adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.
The role shapes the change approach and delivers practical learning and support to ensure lasting business benefits. You will work with Finance, Digital, Technology and HR colleagues, engaging senior leaders and subject matter experts to translate plans into real-world
Qualifikationen
- Experience leading change in large-scale transformation programmes.
- Experience supporting finance transformation and working with Finance teams.
Aufgaben
- Shape and deliver the change approach: assess impacts and readiness, identify barriers and develop practical plans aligned with milestones and business outcomes.
- Build engagement across the organisation: work with senior leaders and Finance teams, develop a network of change champions, use workshops and feedback to support delivery.
- Make complex change understandable: create clear, timely communications tailored to audiences, explain what changes mean for them.
- Support learning and adoption: coordinate training, user guides and support resources with subject matter experts and our managed service provider.
- Measure progress and sustain change: use adoption data and feedback to identify further support and drive programme benefits.
