Job summary

The Energy Saving Trust is hiring a Change and Adoption Manager to lead the people side of our finance transformation programme. You’ll help colleagues understand, prepare for and adopt new systems, processes and ways of working across Finance, Digital and HR.

Reporting to the Digital Delivery Lead, you’ll shape the change approach, build engagement with senior leaders and deliver training and learning resources to ensure lasting business benefits. This fixed-term role is 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting finance transformation with Finance teams.
• Evidence of delivering organisational change and technology adoption.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience developing communications, training and engagement approaches.
