NoBlue2, the Viridian team, is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive outbound engagement with finance and planning leaders across the UK. You will learn the product, build a strong pipeline, and progress toward a full software sales role through mentoring and hands-on coaching.

The role is remote from anywhere in the UK, with a focus on high-volume outreach, qualification, and setting discovery meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to finance and planning leaders (80–120 calls on busy days).
• Research organisations and contacts to tailor conversations by role and sector.
• Run multichannel outreach with tailored emails/LinkedIn sequences.
• Qualify prospects against ICP: right org, stakeholder, pain, and action intent.
• Book discovery meetings and join first conversations with the sales lead.
• Maintain CRM notes and next steps; hand off qualified opportunities to sales.
