Job summary

New Leaf Search Ltd. in the UK partners with a global financial services organisation to recruit a Business Development Manager, Vendor Finance. This role focuses on developing new Vendor Finance business across the North West, with remote working options.

You will build strategic relationships with manufacturers, distributors and vendors, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative funding solutions across a soft asset marketplace while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience within Asset Finance, Vendor Finance or Leasing.
• Strong knowledge of Leasing, Hire Purchase and Business Loans.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Experience managing opportunities through full sales cycle.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop new relationships with manufacturers, distributors and vendors.
• Create and execute a targeted new business development strategy.
• Identify new market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Generate leads through client meetings, networking, social selling, outbound activity and industry events.
• Present and promote the benefits of leasing and Vendor Finance solutions.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales objectives and performance targets.
• Deliver product and sales training to partners to increase engagement.
• Re-engage existing customers and partners to identify growth opportunities.
