Job summary

Confidential is seeking a finance administrator to support day-to-day accounting and logistics in a largely remote role within the FMCG sector. You will process purchase orders from packing lists, adjust details for customer requirements, and keep Prophet records up to date with deliveries, prices and customer references.

The role requires meticulous accuracy, strong cross-functional communication, and experience with Prophet or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent eye for detail and high accuracy in finance records.
• Strong cross-functional communication across logistics, technical and finance.
• Experience with Prophet or similar MRP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate finance records to support day-to-day administration.
• Create purchase orders from packing lists and adjust as needed.
• Update Prophet with delivery dates, prices, and customer references.
• Ensure QC reports are received and logged, and record QC arrival scores.
• Notify Technical Manager of missing reports and follow up on invoices.
• Raise invoice queries when budgets differ and keep all systems updated.
