• Support creation of purchase orders from packing lists.
• Adjust packing lists for customer information (delivery, prices).
• Maintain accuracy of arrival and delivery dates in the system.
• Update Prophet with sales orders, customer references, and prices.

Responsibilities

• Chase customers to confirm return prices and finalised POs for overdue references.
• Save Quality Control reports and self-bill invoices in central folders.
