FANUC UK is seeking a Field Service and Technical Support Engineer to service ROBODRILL and ROBOMACHINE products across the UK and Ireland. You will install, commission, service, and repair equipment at customer sites to maximise uptime and customer satisfaction.

Travel is required, including overnight stays, with responsibilities spanning diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and customer training on FANUC controls and ROBOMACHINE products.

Qualificações

• Experience servicing FANUC ROBODRILL or ROBOMACHINE products.
• Willingness to travel UK and Ireland including overnight stays.
• Ability to work flexibly and on-call.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair faults on ROBODRILL at customer sites.
• Install, commission, service and maintain FANUC Robomachine products.
• Complete service reports and record parts usage.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify post-sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of FANUC controls and ROBOMACHINE products.
• Travel throughout the UK and Ireland including overnight stays.
