Job summary

FANUC UK is seeking a technical support and service coordination specialist based near Coventry to support ROBOSHOT customers. You will diagnose faults remotely, coordinate field engineers, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across FANUC products.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial machinery support, strong fault-finding skills, and fluent English. You will work full-time from the office in the UK, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience supporting, maintaining, or troubleshooting industrial machinery (injection moulding, CNC, machine tools).
• Proven ability diagnosing and resolving faults on industrial machinery or manufacturing systems.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, or service management systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English and able to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote fault diagnosis and troubleshooting for ROBOSHOT and other FANUC products.
• Coordinate service activities, including on-site attendance and maintenance planning.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive service improvement via feedback.
• Adhere to health & safety requirements, RAMS, permits and site access processes.
• Contribute to service revenue, utilization, and customer satisfaction targets.
