Job summary

Proclinical Consulting seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, repair and support medical devices across the UK region. The role requires travel and occasional overnight stays, with an emphasis on customer training and on-site support.

You will train site personnel, perform troubleshooting, and demonstrate products to promote solutions while building strong customer relationships. English communication and a technical background are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent education required or relevant field service/medical device experience.
• Strong customer service and confident communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 nights per week and stay away from home.
• Ability to train users on technical products in English.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical devices in the assigned region.
• Minimize downtime by training site personnel and resolving issues promptly.
• Organize and deliver application training to ensure proper use of equipment.
• Provide technical training to customer personnel and internal teams.
• Build strong customer relationships through product demonstrations and solution promotion.
