Job summary

Proclinical seeks a skilled Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair medical devices across the UK. You will train site personnel, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of equipment in diverse environments.

This role requires strong customer service, English communication, and the ability to travel overnight 1–2 nights per week. You will work remotely, coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical engineering degree or equivalent education.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical devices in the assigned region.
• Minimize downtime of systems by providing effective training to site personnel and resolving issues promptly.
• Organize, coordinate, and deliver application training to ensure proper use of installed equipment.
• Provide technical training to customer personnel and internal team members.
• Build strong relationships with customers by conducting product demonstrations and promoting solutions.
