Job summary

Proclinical Consulting is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, repair, and support medical devices across our UK region. This role offers remote work flexibility and regular travel within the designated area.

You will train site personnel, perform demonstrations, and ensure minimal downtime by promptly resolving issues. A technical engineering degree or equivalent, strong English communication, and a valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

Technical engineering degree or equivalent education or relevant field service experience.
Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to train users on technical products.
Proficiency in English communication.
Willingness to travel and stay overnight (1–2 nights per week).
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Effective time management skills.
Basic computer and networking skills.
Valid full driving license.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical devices in the assigned region.
Minimize downtime by training site personnel and resolving issues promptly.
Organize and deliver application training to ensure proper use of equipment.
Provide technical training to customer personnel and internal teams.
Build strong customer relationships through product demonstrations and solutions.
