Job summary

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair medical devices across the UK region. The role includes delivering application and technical training, ensuring minimal downtime, and building strong customer relationships through product demonstrations.

The candidate should hold an engineering degree or equivalent, be proficient in English, and comfortable traveling with overnight stays as needed. Independent work and strong time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical engineering degree or equivalent education, or relevant experience in a field service or medical device role.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and confident demeanor.
• Ability to understand and train users on technical products.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight (1-2 nights per week on average).
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in dynamic environments.
• Effective time management skills.
• Valid full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical devices in the assigned region.
• Minimize downtime of systems by providing effective training to site personnel and resolving issues promptly.
• Organize, coordinate, and deliver application training to ensure proper use of installed equipment.
• Provide technical training to customer personnel and internal team members.
• Build strong relationships with customers by conducting product demonstrations and promoting solutions.
