Glen Callum Associates is recruiting a Business Development Manager for engineering consumables. This field-based role covers Oxford, Swindon, High Wycombe, Slough, Reading and Gloucester, with remote flexibility and no weekend work.

You will win new business, grow existing accounts, and promote a broad range of industrial and automotive consumables. Strong relationship-building, CRM use and a target-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or account management.
• Track record selling consumables/products in industrial/engineering sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
