Glen Callum Associates is recruiting for Field Sales Executive, Territory Sales Manager, or Area Sales Manager roles in the West Midlands (Stourbridge, Wolverhampton, Kidderminster, Telford, Birmingham, Coventry & Rugby). The role combines account management with new business development in an automotive aftermarket environment.

You will inherit an established territory across the West Midlands, manage your own diary with remote field-based autonomy, and receive an uncapped OTE of £50,000+ plus

• Managing and developing an established customer base across the West Midlands.
• Growing sales by identifying and winning new business opportunities.
• Building long-term relationships with independent garages, workshops, motor factors and trade customers.
• Promoting a comprehensive range of specialist automotive aftermarket products and technical solutions.
• Planning and managing your own territory to maximise sales opportunities.
• Delivering outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Working remotely with the autonomy to organise your own schedule.
