Job summary

Deliveroo in the UK & Ireland seeks a Senior Rider Onboarding Associate to lead in-person onboarding and fleet enablement across the UKI. You will design scalable hub operations, travel extensively for field sessions, and collaborate with Rider Support and Product teams to improve onboarding processes.

The role demands seniority in field operations, strong stakeholder management, and a driving licence with vehicle access to cover underserved regions.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in technology, start-ups, food delivery logistics, or rider background.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently in the field and navigate changing priorities.
• Strong empathetic listening and communication to influence internal teams.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle; willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Optimise Rider Onboarding Hubs to maximise efficiency before, during, and after sessions.
• Scale onboarding footprints across UKI with standardized systems for consistency.
• Architect and execute a 12-month in-person onboarding delivery plan.
• Partner with Rider Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to address live issues.
• Deliver field onboarding across the UKI, traveling to regional hubs.
