Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Rider Onboarding Associate to strengthen rider onboarding in the UK and Ireland. The role is remote with field-based duties, including travel to Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, or London to build and scale onboarding hubs.

You will partner with Rider Enablement, Rider Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to deliver a 12-month expansion plan while maintaining cost efficiency and high-quality service for applicants.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in technology or delivery/logistics.
• Ability to work independently in the field and travel across UKI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Valid UKI driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Join the Rider Enablement team as the operational backbone for rider supply in the UKI.
• Optimize onboarding hubs and expand physical onboarding spaces across UKI.
• Lead face-to-face onboarding sessions across the UKI and travel extensively for regional hubs.
• Forecast demand and manage local supply constraints with the Supply team.
• Collaborate with Rider Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to drive system enhancements.
