Job summary

Membership Bespoke is seeking a confident relationship-builder to grow membership for a trade association. The role combines remote and field-based work with regular face-to-face meetings, and around 2–3 team or office days each month at the Leatherhead / London office.

You will engage business owners and senior decision-makers, collaborating with the CEO and Membership Director to shape the membership proposition and convert interest into new members.

Qualifications

• Proven member recruitment experience, ideally within a trade association.
• Comfortable engaging business owners and directors.
• Self-motivated and able to represent the organisation externally.

Responsibilities

• Engage business owners and senior decision-makers, presenting a compelling case for membership.
• Work with the CEO and Membership Director to shape and present the proposition.
• Build relationships with prospective members and convert interest into new members.
• Represent the organisation at relevant industry events and meetings.
• Manage your schedule and prospect activity with accurate records.
