Job summary

Membership Bespoke is recruiting a confident relationship-builder for a permanent, full-time role. Qualifications

• Proven member recruitment experience, ideally in a trade association.
• Comfortable engaging business owners and directors; self-motivated and well organized.
• HubSpot experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage business owners and senior decision-makers, communicating a compelling case for membership.
• Work closely with the CEO and Membership Director to shape and present the membership proposition.
• Build relationships with prospective members, keep opportunities moving and convert interest into new members.
• Represent the organisation at relevant industry events and meetings.
• Manage your own schedule and prospect activity, keeping accurate records and following up consistently.
