Qualifications

• Experience managing road traffic accident claims, including pre-litigation matters.
• Strong knowledge of the CPR and litigation process.
• Qualified solicitor or CILEX with practising rights desirable.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with multi-case handling ability.
• Clear written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial caseload of pre- and post-litigation road traffic accident claims towards settlement or litigation where appropriate.
• Maintain strong client relationships with regular updates and support.
• Assess liability disputes, including motorcycle claims and contested liability.
• Review medical evidence to evaluate quantum and prepare damages schedules.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and third parties within agreed timelines.
• Draft court documents and progress litigation where required.
• Ensure compliance with court orders, deadlines and internal procedures.
• Instruct counsel and experts as needed and maintain accurate case records.
