Job summary

Minster Law Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fast Track Fee Earner to join the Non MOJ Car Team. You will manage a high-volume caseload of RTA pre-litigation and litigation claims, delivering efficient, client-focused service.

This role requires strong knowledge of CPR and litigation, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with the team to achieve the best settlements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing your own caseload of RTA pre-litigated claims.
• Good understanding of the CPR and litigation processes.
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with practising rights preferred.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume caseload of RTA pre and post litigated non portal claims, progressing to settlement or transfer.
• Own the client relationship ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Handle complex liability disputes with minimal supervision.
• Assess quantum via medical reports and relevant case law for multi-site injuries.
• Draft schedules of damages and determine awards for pain, suffering, and loss of amenity.
• Negotiate settlements and identify litigation opportunities; engage Counsel when needed.
• Draft court proceedings, manage directives, and prepare disclosure documents.
