Job summary

Minster Law Ltd is seeking a dedicated Fast Track Fee Earner to join our Non MOJ Car Team. You will manage a high-volume caseload of RTA pre-litigated and post-litigated claims, driving cases towards settlement or transfer to litigation while delivering excellent client service.

Key requirements include experience with RTA claims, CPR and litigation knowledge, and strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing own caseload of RTA claims (pre-litigated).
• Solid understanding of CPR and litigation processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with case management software and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation skills and proactive learning mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of RTA pre- and post-litigated non-portal claims to settlement or transfer to litigation.
• Own the client relationship to optimise outcomes.
• Handle complex liability disputes with minimal supervision.
• Assess quantum by reviewing medical reports and relevant case law.
