Job summary

CRA Consulting in the United Kingdom is recruiting an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner for its Personal Injury team working remotely. You will manage a substantial caseload of pre- and post-litigation RTA claims, taking ownership from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing your own caseload of RTA claims.
• Experience handling both pre- and post-litigation matters.
• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and the wider litigation process.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Excellent negotiation and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial caseload of pre- and post-litigation RTA claims.
• Take ownership from instruction through to settlement or litigation.
• Negotiate with insurers and third parties to secure appropriate settlements.
• Prepare court proceedings, directions questionnaires and medical evidence where required.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet regulatory deadlines.
