Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking an Export Sales Manager to drive growth across Europe and East Africa from a UK base with limited travel.

The role focuses on selling tyre inflation equipment, compressed air products, air line accessories, workshop equipment and pneumatic tools to established distributors. You will manage distributor relationships, identify new opportunities and work with buyers, category managers and engineers to maximise revenue across the territory.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial distribution or a technical product environment.
• Experience managing and developing distributor relationships
• Commercially minded, analytical and pragmatic, with a balanced approach to account management and growth
• Confident building relationships with buyers, category managers and technical stakeholders
• International sales experience and additional languages are advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of international distributors across Europe and East Africa.
• Drive revenue growth from a UK base with limited international travel.
• Develop existing markets and expand sales across the territory via new business.
• Identify new partners & OEM sales opportunities across countries.
