Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd is seeking an Export Sales Manager to own and grow an established portfolio of international distributors across Europe and East Africa from the UK, with limited travel.

You will manage distributor relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth while coordinating with purchasing teams, category managers and engineers. The role is home-based in the UK with occasional head office visits.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in industrial distribution or a technical product environment.
• Experience managing and developing distributor relationships.
• Commercially minded, analytical and pragmatic with a balanced approach to account management and growth.
• Confident building relationships with buyers, category managers and technical stakeholders.
• International sales experience and additional languages are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of international distributors across Europe and East Africa from a UK base.
• Identify new opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Manage a portfolio of spending accounts; work with purchasing teams, category managers and engineers to maximise opportunities.
• Expand sales across your territory through new business development and identify OEM sales opportunities across countries.
