BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an Export Sales Manager to lead and grow an established European distributor network from a UK-based, remote role with limited travel.

You will manage distributors across Europe and East Africa, selling tyre inflation equipment, compressed air products, and workshop tools. You will build relationships with buyers, category managers and engineers, identify new partners and OEM opportunities, and drive revenue growth as part of ambitious three-year plans.

Competenze

• B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial distribution or a technical product environment.
• Experience managing and developing distributor relationships.
• Commercially minded, analytical and pragmatic with balance between account management and growth.
• Confident building relationships with buyers, category managers and technical stakeholders.
• International sales experience and additional languages are advantageous but not essential.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of international distributors across Europe and East Africa from the UK base.
