Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an Export Sales Manager to manage an established portfolio of international distributors across Europe and East Africa from a UK base with limited travel.

The role focuses on selling tyre inflation equipment, compressed air products, and workshop tools while strengthening distributor relationships and driving revenue growth. You will manage spending accounts, work with buyers and engineers to maximize opportunities, and contribute to ambitious growth plans across

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial distribution or a technical product environment
• Experience managing and developing distributor relationships
• Commercially minded, analytical and pragmatic, with a balanced approach to account management and growth
• International sales experience and additional languages are advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an established portfolio of international distributors across Europe and East Africa
• Identify new opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth
• Collaborate with purchasing teams, category managers and engineers to maximise commercial opportunities
• Expand sales across territory through new business development and OEM partnerships
