Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an Export Sales Manager to oversee an established distributor network across Europe and East Africa from a UK base. The role involves selling tyre inflation equipment and related workshop gear, with limited travel abroad.

You will develop markets, identify new partners, and grow revenue by strengthening distributor relationships and pursuing OEM opportunities within a global portfolio.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in industrial or technical environments.
• Experience developing and managing distributor relationships.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and growth focus.
• Confident in engaging buyers, category managers and engineers.
• International sales exposure is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of international distributors across Europe and East Africa.
• Identify new opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth from a UK base.
• Strengthen distributor relationships and collaborate with purchasing teams and engineers.
• Lead growth initiatives and expand sales through new partners and OEM opportunities.
