Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd is seeking an Export Sales Manager to lead our European distributor network from a UK base. You will manage international accounts, develop new opportunities, and drive revenue growth across Europe and East Africa, with limited travel.

Based in the UK, this home-based role offers £12,000 annual commission, 27 days' leave, and equipment including a laptop and mobile. You will partner with distributors, buyers and engineers to maximise commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial distribution or a technical product environment.
• Experience managing and developing distributor relationships.
• Commercially minded, analytical and pragmatic with strong account management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of international distributors across Europe and East Africa from a UK base.
• Identify new opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop existing markets and expand sales through new business development and OEM partnerships.
