BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an Export Sales Manager to grow and manage an established portfolio of international distributors across Europe and East Africa from a UK base. The role involves selling tyre inflation equipment, compressed air products and workshop gear with limited travel.

You will develop markets, strengthen distributor relationships, and drive revenue growth by pursuing new opportunities and OEM partnerships across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial distribution or a technical product environment.
• Experience managing and developing distributor relationships.
• International sales experience and additional languages are advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of international distributors across Europe and East Africa from a UK base with limited travel.
• Strengthen distributor relationships and identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Manage spending accounts and work with purchasing teams, category managers and engineers to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Develop existing markets and expand sales across the territory through new business development and OEM partnerships.
