Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking an Event Travel Manager to lead group air bookings for a dedicated client. You will work with the Operations Director, Team Manager, and M&E colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service.

You will coordinate end-to-end travel for up to 600 passengers per month, manage budgets and supplier negotiations, and provide strong project oversight across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Group Travel, Event Travel, Business Travel, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing group air bookings and complex travel programmes.
• Experience with Sabre or similar GDS systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management for multiple group air programs up to 600 passengers per month.
• Coordinate air and rail travel and logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure best fares and maximise client value.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support when required.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and destination feasibility studies.
• Manage budgets and provide end-to-end financial oversight.
