Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking an experienced Event Travel Manager in London. The role acts as the lead point of contact for a dedicated client, coordinating multiple small to medium group air bookings with the Operations Director and wider M&E team to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service.

You will manage end-to-end travel coordination, project management, budgets, and supplier negotiations, with occasional on-site support and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Travel, Event Travel or Business Travel.
• Proven ability to manage group air bookings and complex travel programmes.
• Knowledge of Sabre travel system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management and coordination of multiple group air programmes.
• Manage travel for up to 600 passengers per month.
• Arrange air and rail travel and end-to-end logistics.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective fares while maximising revenue.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and feasibility studies; assist in client pitching.
• Budget management and end-to-end project financial oversight.
• Full reconciliation of project accounts.
